Time on the Monitor
Gap Audit
The entry point. We baseline every club you brought, plot the ladder and hand you the page. No component testing, no sales conversation. If the fix is two bent lofts, this is the whole appointment.
Single Category Session
One section of the bag taken to conclusion: driver, fairway woods, or hybrids. Includes the baseline, targeted component testing against the gaps, and a written build spec if a change is warranted.
Iron Ladder Session
Every iron measured individually, spacing plotted, then loft, lie and length worked until the rungs sit evenly. The single most common reason people book here.
Wedge and Putter Block
Full swing plus three-quarter and half carry numbers for each wedge, then a putting strip session for length, lie and roll-out at set stroke lengths.
Full Bag Ledger
The complete page, driver through putter, in one sitting. Scheduled mornings and Saturdays only because it does not compress well. Includes a follow-up recheck within twelve months.
Junior Ledger
Built around growth rather than optimisation. Length, lie and set makeup checked against current height and swing, with a recommended recheck interval.
Loft and Lie Recheck
Build room only. Every club checked on the machine and brought back to its last recorded specification. Suited to golfers already carrying one of our ledgers.

Never Been Mapped
Start with the Gap Audit. It is the cheapest way to find out whether your bag has a real problem, and it converts into any other session on the day if it turns out you want to keep going.
One Club Is Bothering You
Single Category Session. Bring the neighbours on either side of the suspect club so we can see the rung it is supposed to sit between.
Whole Bag Feels Off
Full Bag Ledger. It costs more than the parts individually but it is the only way to see the spacing decisions interact across all fourteen slots.
